PDF edits not saving in Files app

My iPad will not consistently let me save my pdf edits to Files. The edits disappear, even when I send the file to someone else. I end up making the same changes multiple times and hope that it eventually saves. The changes that reverse include adding pages, deleting pages, reordering pages, and pencil annotations.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? I do this all the time and the files not saving is driving me insane.

PDF crashes on markup I own an iPad 9th Gen. I have been facing an issue while I markup on the PDFs in Files. The PDF refreshes itself as soon as I draw anything on it. Sometimes I am not even able to close it because it is in a constant loop of refreshing itself. My files are in iCloud but I tried moving them into the internal storage and annotating but the issue still persists. Also this is happening only with a few of the PDFs. It would be really great if someone could help me out. Thanks

Files app stopped opening PDFs For some unexplained reason I can no longer open PDFs in the Files app on my iPad Pro. It worked fine until last night, and now when I attempt to open a PDF, all I get is a blank page with the file name, type and size. The same files open fine in Acrobat. I tried deleting and reinstalling the Files app, with no change. Any thoughts?
