Update since writing my initial review: Suzy St. Clair, who apparently runs the company, not Lin, has threatened me with legal action if I do not take down my review. Everything I have stated is truthful except for my mistake in stating who runs the company. She should be threatening her employee for threatening the business rather than a (no longer) prospective tenant who was discriminated against. Original review: The woman Lin who runs this company is criminal in her behavior. She discriminates against everyone she can, illegally. She admittedly refuses to rent to roommates or younger people (I'm not younger - she was confiding in me as a prospective tenant) and she charges more for those with disabilities. When I informed her that is illegal, she looked at me and said, "So rent somewhere else." This woman is the devil. Rent elsewhere. Anywhere else.
